Dr. Jin ZHANG is currently an associate professor with Department of Computer Science and Engineering (opens new window), Southern University of Science and Technology (opens new window), Shenzhen. She received her B.E. and M.E. degrees in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University (opens new window), Beijing, in 2004 and 2006 respectively, and received her Ph.D. degree in computer science from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (opens new window), Hong Kong, in 2009, advised by Prof. Qian ZHANG (opens new window). She was then employed in HKUST as a research assistant professor. Her research interests are mainly in mobile healthcare and wearable computing, wireless communication and networks, network economics, cognitive radio networks and dynamic spectrum management. She has published more than 50 papers in top-level journals and conferences. She is the Principle Investigator of several research projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China, Hong Kong Research Grants Council and Hong Kong Innovation and Technology Commission.
